Commissioner Bassett told the Barry County Board of Commissioners on June 24 that land donated by the Sewer and Water Authority was sold to a local builder who plans a mixed housing project in Delton that could include about 30 single‑family homes and roughly eight multi‑family units for rental and purchase.
