Riverhead board approves MOAs, policy updates, contracts and donations

In separate votes, trustees approved contract awards for graduation commencement booklets and tickets, accepted donations from Ed and Emily Powers (two palm trees valued at approximately $250 each), and approved a field trip for an 11th‑grade band student to attend the NYS BDA honor band in Liverpool, N.Y., in March 2025 at an estimated district cost of $1,583.
