During its Dec. 2 meeting, the Excelsior Springs City Council tabled two proposed municipal code amendments — including a change referenced as moving a qualifying acreage threshold from 5 acres to 10 acres — after a council member said they needed more information to explain the change to constituents. The motion to table items 7 and 8 was moved, seconded and approved by roll call and the items will be continued to the next regular meeting.
