Alderman Atkins moved the measures through the agenda; several items were decided by roll call votes and two property‑sale measures recorded dissent. On the second reading, an ordinance amending Schedule 7 (stop signs) passed unanimously. Miss Wagner read the ordinance title for the record as "An ordinance amending schedule 7 stop signs of the codes of ordinances."
