Fairview council accepts nonbinding settlement outline with LDS Church, schedules public work session
At a Nov. 25 special meeting, the Fairview Town Council voted to accept the general terms of a nonbinding memorandum of settlement with the LDS Church, plans a public work session for residents, and expects an LDS resubmittal to the planning and zoning commission with council action possible in March or April.
