Planning commission approves final plat for Bentley Addition at 350 Highway 5

The Fairview Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve the final plat for the Bentley Addition, a one‑lot subdivision at 350 Highway 5 that will accommodate a roughly 5,000‑square‑foot, single‑story office building. Staff said the 1.12‑acre site is zoned CPDD in the urban transition subdistrict and that prior major‑warrant conditions—such as maintaining natural area north of the creek and meeting street‑tree and build‑to‑zone requirements—remain part of the approved plan.
