On Feb. 15, 1996, the Utah State Senate recorded floor actions on a wide set of measures and sent several back to the House for further consideration or to the third‑reading calendar. Measures approved in whole or with Senate amendments included substitute Senate Bill 64 (limited liability companies), Senate Bill 84 (Olympic Special Revenue Fund amendments), second substitute Senate Bill 77 (Utah Neighborhood Development Act amendments), and first substitute Senate Bill 93 (firearm locking device), among others.
