Utah Senate passes multiple measures on third reading, including student-communications bill
The Utah Senate on Feb. 16 approved a series of bills on third reading, including First Substitute Senate Bill 92 (student communication methods), Fifth Substitute Senate Bill 161 (security amendments), Second Substitute House Bill 11 (agriculture/irrigation wording), and Second Substitute Senate Bill 192 (higher-education cleanup). Several votes were recorded by roll call.
