Planning commission approves Hawk Ridge preliminary plat, advances multiple zone-change recommendations to council
Hurricane’s planning commission approved the Hawk Ridge townhome preliminary plat and Liberty Village Phase 2 final site plan, and voted to recommend several zone changes and PDOs to the city council, including Gateway PDO applications and a commercial-residential acreage trade along 2800 West/100 North. Southern Utah Sheds prelim site plan also approved subject to access agreements and staff comments.
