Brennan updated the council on utility work tied to the town’s water and pipeline project. He reported the contractor has drilled across the marsh, reamed pilot holes and prepared to pull pipe into the field; crews are welding pipe sections and beginning to trench toward the 400 block. He said the contractor has also been working to set poles through the marsh and pull power lines, and that crews expect to pull wires into place in the coming weeks.
