The Bicknell Planning & Zoning Commission on Nov. 19 approved a building permit to finish interior framing, plumbing and two-story living quarters inside an existing barn (a "barndominium") on Sandy Lane, while flagging unresolved septic and accessory-dwelling (ADU) issues.
