Monroe Township board grants six‑month extension for Spring Point at Monroe Village subdivision

Attorney Jared Pape of Heilbron Pape asked the Monroe Township Planning Board to grant a six‑month extension for the subdivision approval for Spring Point Senior Living’s Monroe Village at Block 58, Lot 17.03, citing delays in final county approvals and outstanding recording tasks. Pape said the applicant had filed revised plans with the Middlesex County Planning Board and was waiting for final county action, and that drafts of cross‑access, stormwater and utility easements and subdivision deeds had been prepared and submitted to the board’s professionals for review.
