The Town of Concord’s Land Use Advisory Board met on Oct. 29 to finalize edits to its subcommittee charter and advance a draft request for proposals (RFP) that will hire consultants to develop visioning, land-use scenarios and zoning amendments for several town parcels, including Junction Village.
