Ross ADR hears 3 Quail Ridge exterior remodel, additions and driveway changes

Jessica Fairchild, the project architect, presented plans for 3 Quail Ridge seeking ADR recommendation to the Town of Ross and related permits. The project proposes about 536 square feet of additions across two new two‑story portions, replacement of the existing T‑111 siding with painted cement board, new windows and doors, reduced decking in the front setback, and site work including new walls, walkways, spa installation and a widened driveway with a pervious surface. Fairchild said the additions are designed to match existing roof heights and to open views toward the forest preserve behind the property.
