Council adopts stormwater code changes to limit permanent structures over drainage infrastructure
By voice vote the council adopted ordinance 2024-053 amending Chapter 15 to prohibit permanent structures within stormwater easements, allow only temporary above-ground uses without permanent foundations, and require stormwater administrator approval for altering public drainage.
