Commissioners approve amendment for Liberty County Solar Project and end talks with Industrial Kilo
In executive session the court approved a first amendment to the economic-development agreement with Liberty County Solar Project LLC (including a $23,000 upfront suitability payment and an extension to 04/30/2025) and voted to discontinue negotiations with Industrial Kilo Project LLC on a separate solar tax-abatement agreement.
