Speaker 4 presented the county's proposed early-voting arrangements and related election items, asking the board to approve Room G1 as the main early-voting site and a schedule that includes extended hours and weekend voting: "8 to 5 for first week, 7 to 7" and extended weekend hours the week of Oct. 28, Speaker 4 said.
