Public commenter alleges returned vote-by-mail and requests corrected election address

During public comment, Miss Enrique Diaz said she had heard elderly voters' mail-in ballots were returned to a wrong address and unclaimed and that the County Judge was reviewing mail and electronic equipment; she told the court she had no proof and requested the election administrator's address be corrected online.
