Committee approves amendment adding patients— homes as teletherapy originating site

The committee adopted an amendment to House Bill 1068 to ensure consistency with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services guidelines on group therapy and then approved the bill as amended. Senator Davis Ward ran HB1068 for Representative Pilkington and explained that the amendment and bill add the patient's home to the definition of "originating site" for teletherapy services.
