Commissioners authorize emergency design services after annex structural assessment
Engineers reported the annex’s foundation and roof framing can be reused but exterior tilt-wall panels are deteriorated. The court approved an emergency design-services contract (plans/specs fee $212,025) to produce construction documents and shoring plans to move toward renovation rather than replacement.
