The court approved preliminary and final plats for several subdivisions across Bell County — Holiday Hill (110.32 acres, 130 lots), Windmill Estates (89.54 acres, 93 lots), Highcrest Phase 1 amendment, Montoya Estates and Stone Summit Phase 1 — after county engineer briefings on roads, drainage, septic servicing and geotechnical recommendations.
