Board approves final plat for Poor Minor Subdivision and related conditional-use for additional dwelling
The board approved a final plat creating a 3.01-acre lot for Luke and John Poor after determining existing railroad-right-of-way access is the feasible route; the related conditional-use permit (CUP 24-15) for an additional dwelling in the quarter section was also approved.
