Speaker 3 said any road the parish accepts becomes the parish’s liability and funding responsibility: "Any road that we accept. Becomes our liability. It becomes our baby and we fund it." The group discussed whether an 80% or 90% completion threshold should be required before the parish accepts new subdivision roads; Speakers 4, 5 and others repeatedly expressed support for an 80% threshold.
