Staff said the change transfers the comprehensive-plan language into the ULDC. Commissioners separated the item into motions 7a and 7b and approved both motions. The item will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for final adoption.
Commissioners made no substantive amendments to the text at the hearing but asked staff to accept grammar and punctuation corrections by email before the Board hearing.
