The zoning commission approved a text amendment to the Unified Land Development Code to implement language adopted earlier this year by the Board of County Commissioners related to the agriculture marketplace and preserve. Staff said the change transfers the comprehensive-plan language into the ULDC. Commissioners separated the item into motions 7a and 7b and approved both motions. The item will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for final adoption.
