Pickens County planning commission approves rezoning request for 1.53-acre parcel
The Pickens County Planning Commission approved rezoning case RZ190813 to change a 1.53-acre portion of parcel 068113003 from Agriculture (AG) to Rural Residential (RR). Staff recommended approval; the applicant said the lot is being carved to provide financial flexibility and the commission voted to carry the motion by voice/show of hands.
