Erlanger council notes 10th straight property tax rate decrease; holds first reading of assessment ordinance to continue park fund
During a special meeting the mayor (Speaker 2) announced the city's tenth consecutive property tax rate decrease and council heard a first reading of an ordinance establishing annual property assessment procedures and continuing a Park Improvement Fund; the ordinance was given its first reading and council will revisit it next week.
