The Carlisle County governing body agreed to engage its regular engineering firm to assist with design and questions for a proposed Millburn Water District project tied to a reported $5,000,000 allocation. Moderator (Speaker 2) said the county received outreach from Dickens law firm asking the county's engineers to answer specific technical questions about Millburn, and the board agreed that the engineering firm (referred to in the discussion as BFW/Banking firm) should be used to support the project.
