Randall County denies variance request for Eagle Landing roads, citing drainage and long-term maintenance concerns
The Commissioners voted 5-0 Feb. 11 to deny a developer'requested variance that would have allowed Eagle Landing subdivision roads to be built to pre-11/21/2023 standards (omitting concrete edge ribbons). County engineers cited incomplete drainage studies, changed project scope, and durability concerns.
