Tom Green County approves multiple MOUs linking Crisis Intervention Unit with local partners
The Tom Green County Commissioners’ Court on March 4 approved six memoranda of understanding connecting the county Sheriff’s Crisis Intervention Unit (CIU) with the district attorney’s office, Shannon Medical, a domestic violence prosecution unit, a family shelter, Open Arms Advocacy Center and the San Angelo Police Department.
