City staff presented a relaunch of the Lock Haven mobile app and encouraged residents to download it from the Apple App Store and Google Play by searching "Lock Haven City." Staff described the app as an information hub that mirrors many items on the city website and includes a new "Report an issue" feature that allows users to attach photos, use device location or default to City Hall and receive email and push updates on the issue’s resolution.
