During announcements on July 11, a commissioner reported that Rising Sun, a nonprofit working with BayRen, provides no-cost home energy-efficiency upgrades (lighting, low-flow fixtures and similar measures) for Daly City residents. The presenter clarified this program applies to residential properties only, not commercial properties, and said flyers will be provided to commissioners to distribute to residents.
