During the same work session, a motion to enter closed session for a personnel matter concerning the county administrator was made and seconded. An unidentified speaker moved to enter closed session “as permitted by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act for the purpose of discussion or consideration of a personnel matter concerning the county administrator as permitted by section 2.2‑3711(A)(1) of the Code of Virginia.”
