Rising Sun authorizes changes to 2021 paving contract, reallocates Mount Street work
Facing an upcoming grant-funded waterline and broadband project on Mount Street, the town approved modifications to the 2021 paving contract: scale back Mount Street work to milling/patching, add Crothers Avenue (projected $60,725.06), and allow the administrator flexibility to add prioritized streets and pave Veterans Park parking lot within the previously approved financing.
