Developers of the Kimbell Junction West Side (Dakota Pacific and project consultants) returned to the council for an updated master‑plan presentation that showed a pedestrian‑focused plaza, mixed‑use retail with affordable housing above, an amphitheater and a network of smaller residential buildings rather than large apartment blocks.
