R Board updates landfill operations, budget and solar RFP
The R Board told the Stafford County Board of Supervisors the landfill's new 13-acre cell is under construction (estimated cost $8.6 million) and that the board approved an RFP to site solar panels on closed landfill cells in partnership with the City of Fredericksburg.
