Montgomery County EDA exits closed session and certifies actions by roll call

The Montgomery County Economic Development Authority exited a closed session after a motion and second were recorded. Chair called for final discussion, heard none, and invited 'all in favor'; an affirmative response was recorded. The board then held a roll call to certify actions taken in closed session. Chair Miller, Vice Chair Travis, Director Ferrell, Director Hasbahn, Director Johnson and Director Broughton each answered 'aye,' and the chair confirmed the board was certified and moved the meeting to general business.
