Planning commission votes to recommend Fruit Hill rezoning despite traffic, data center concerns
The Frederick County Planning Commission voted to forward rezoning 06/24 (Fruit Hill) to the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation for approval. The proposal would rezone ~220 acres for mixed industrial, TM and B2 uses, reserve 300,000 sq ft for a possible data center and include multiple proffers and traffic mitigation measures.
