County HR told the budget committee it shifted HSA contributions to half the new minimum high‑deductible plan floor; staff cleaned benchmarking data (removing outdated TechNet entries) and reported a $329,007.92 benchmarking total. A proposed video technician in the attorney's office was noted but not yet in NPR.
