Staff said two renderings in a prior package cost roughly $7,000 (about $3,500 apiece) and that additional draft versions would cost roughly $3,500 each. The board amended a motion to approve only one updated exterior rendering and carried the motion by voice vote.
The design team will provide draft versions as requested and await the board’s decision in the regular session to commit to a final rendering package.
