Atchison County Commission on Dec. 17 approved a 2024 budget amendment for special highway and solid-waste funds, authorized a KDOT noxious-weed spraying agreement for 2025, approved payroll for the newly sworn register of deeds and adopted the LEPC roster; multiple procedural minutes and expense approvals were also passed.
