The Pittsburg Board of Education voted to authorize spending on five bond-funded items highlighted in the district’s packet and asked staff to return with a prioritized plan for the remaining list by January. The items approved to move forward immediately included carpet replacement, relocating the sound system, a glass panel, bathroom stalls and enclosing the maintenance bullpen with privacy slats.
