Commissioners approved the IGA and authorized the chair to sign the document. They also appointed Commissioner David Sykes and Cameron Mabat as the county’s representatives to the Clean Water Construction Board established under the agreement.
What’s next: staff will transmit the signed IGA to partnering entities, the Port of Morrow and affected cities will consider the agreement on their schedules, and consortium governance and work plans will follow as the group convenes.
