Director reports 22 cannabis pre‑applications; Madison solar EIR draft expected next month

Staff told the Planning Commission the county received 22 cannabis pre‑applications and that completed use permit applications must be submitted by Dec. 16; staff also said the administrative draft EIR for the proposed Madison solar project is under review and likely to circulate for public comment next month.
