Commission approves $25.3 million Kiewit agreement to rebuild Sand Ridge Road
The board approved a construction management-at-risk agreement with Kiewit Southeast for a $25,342,825 guaranteed maximum price to rebuild 2.8 miles of Sand Ridge Road (County Road 739B) with a targeted delivery date of March 25, 2025. Work includes drainage, medians, bike lanes and sidewalks.
