Kansas advisory committee reports ASPPB will not immediately require EPPP2; task force to study implementation

David Fye, the BSRB executive director, reported on the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) annual meeting and an effort led by some states to limit ASPPB's ability to unilaterally require the EPPP2 exam. Fye said an ASPPB letter, issued about a week before the meeting, signaled the association would "pause" the prior timetable and form a task force to study how to implement or integrate an exam that might combine knowledge and skills components.
