At the Dec. 19 session, commissioners approved an IGA with the Yamhill Soil & Water Conservation District ($50,500), revised the Assessment & Taxation fee schedule effective Jan. 1, 2025, appointed Jamie Stevenson as county surveyor, approved grant awards (EMPG $88,502; SHSG $75,000; MOUD $242,048) and moved the first reading of a rural industrial tax-exemption ordinance to Jan. 9.
