County updates facilities plan: ARPA projects underway, deferred maintenance remains
Facilities staff told the board the county's first full facility condition assessment places the portfolio in the upper end of "poor," described ARPA-funded HVAC and roof projects (Harkins House near completion; Justice Services and LEC underway), and flagged seismic and plumbing work (Walnut Street Center, courthouse) that will require future budgeting.
