Board approves ESSER soil testing amendment, program renewals and MOUs
Trustees approved an amendment with Terracon for ESSER-funded soil testing, an updated letter of intent with the city for Clarendon/Westmore Oaks reuse, renewals for Sammy Circuit and NCCT, and a three-year MOU for adult education funding.

At the Aug. 9 meeting, the Washington Unified School District board approved a series of routine but consequential agreements and renewals. The board approved Amendment No. 1 to the Terracon Consulting Inc. contract for additional environmental soil characterization at eight ESSER III project sites, adding $42,900 and bringing the total agreement to $162,500 to be paid from ESSER III funds.
