The St. Joseph County Redevelopment Commission approved a community enhancement agreement tied to a proposed Amazon Data Services development in the New Carlisle Economic Development Area, outlining fees for fire services, student success and parks, infrastructure contributions and monitoring requirements; related tax-incentive approvals will be considered by the county council.
