Klamath County approved Amendment 1 to a subdivision master-plan agreement with JK Development Company to extend the construction period by one year so remaining sidewalk and street work can be completed next construction season; staff said there is no change in cost.

Klamath County commissioners authorized Amendment 1 to an agreement with JK Development Company to extend the subdivision performance period by one year. County staff explained the original master plan predated current street-block length standards and that utilities and most street work are complete, but sidewalks and final improvements will wait until next construction season for weather reasons.
